Would give less stars if I could

My glasses took forever to ship. I reached out several times via NextPair’s chat for a status update and they ignored me every time, so since their policy states you can cancel an order before it ships, I emailed the company to request a cancelation and refund, at which point they hastily shipped my order so I could not get the refund. All of this is pretty shady but I ultimately would have been okay had the glasses I ordered been alright. They’re not, these glasses don’t stay on my very Asian face, which is what they were advertised to do. Faced are different though, so I would have been somewhat understanding of this as well, had the prescription even been correct. Surprise — they’re not! These glasses fall off my face with every movement and give me horrendous headaches. I ordered two different frames and it’s the same case with both. Will not be purchasing again from this site.
