6 weeks later, still have not received by replacement lens order back.

It’s been 6 weeks and I still have not received my replacement lens order. I ask customer “service” and just keep getting the runaround and other bs.

not as clear as current pair even with updated prescription

I was skeptical of ordering high prescription glasses online despite many good reviews. I guess I am the case ended up with lens decentration so this new pair is not even as clear as my current pair. Sadly.

Fit and clear

It took some time to receive my glasses as it was made in Hong Kong or China. However the glasses fit very well and good quality.
