How does the lens replacement process work?

Simply follow these steps:

  1. Select your frame type (full-rim / semi-rimless / rimless)
  2. Choose your lenses and enter your prescription, then place your order
  3. Ship your frame to us
  4. We’ll fit your new lenses and ship the frame back to you

Do I need to pay for shipping my frame to you?

Yes. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to send frames to our facility.

Where should I send my frames?

Our shipping address will be provided in your order confirmation email. You can also contact our support team at hi@nextpair.com for details.

Is this service available outside the U.S.?

Currently, our lens replacement service is available only within the U.S. mainland.

Can I send any frame for lens replacement?

We recommend sending sturdy frames in good condition. If the frame is too fragile or damaged, we may not be able to safely install new lenses.

How long does the process take?

Once we receive your frame, lens fitting and return shipping usually take about 12–15 business days.
