Too wide

Light frame, but not Asian fit. Too wide for my nose bridge, and the frame rested on my cheek. The product itself is good, but customer service for answering questions about the product and return process are slower compared to other Asian fit glasses e-stores and require customer follow-up to get response. As of today 5/8/23, their online return label generator does not work, and I have to mail the returned glasses at my own cost. I am waiting to hear how the reimbursement process would work from customer service. May be faster if you install WeChat. I don’t use WeChat for anything, so I am reluctant having to open an account just for communicating with Next Pair.
